Our Beef:

At G Burbick Farms, our cattle are nourished with their mother's milk, grass from open pastures, fresh hay, and locally grown grain. This diet, combined with their antibiotic, hormone, and steroid-free lifestyle, contributes to the superior taste and tenderness of our beef. Our meticulous dry-aging process, which lasts 18-21 days, sets our beef apart by ensuring the highest quality meat, unlike many butcher shops that hang their meat for shorter periods.
