"If I could give 0 stars I would. I stood in line at a single register while 4 other employees stood at their registers and refused to take me. Terry, Terri, George and Patricia stood and had a light hearted conversation while we all stood in line waiting to get out of the store. I spend hundreds of dollars every time I come to this store and receive trash service every time. I will not be back."

"Much to see so much. Big store with just about every craft. Awesome stuff for every age. Was looking for extra spayer for my airbrush but they didn't have one other than that they have it all. Holiday decor kitchen items outdoor and much much more"

"It's a great place that gets your creative juices going. Having said that, they do not have a high tech inventory system in which sale prices are updated instantly. One item might have 3 different price stickers because of shelf time. The clerk enters prices manually. They will honor sales when you point out a discrepancy. It's their outdated system not the clerks fault."

"THIS STORE IS AMAZING. I love interior design and I was thoroughly impressed with all the decor in this store! SO MANY BEAUTIFUL THINGS! And the prices are incredible!!! So many things 50% throughout the store which was great, since their “clearance sections” are super small and near empty. I’m from New York, close to the city so I’m typically a Michaels shopper but this store is amazing!!! I will be back, and often :)"
