"We had my son's birthday party here! I do want to say that the kids had fun. But this birthday party was supposed to be a less stressful one for parents as far as planning and cleanup goes, my biggest issue was that I was told water bottles were included and they were ( 1 for each kid) but this is a trampoline park and these kids get thirsty, they only offered more water bottles for purchase at 4$ each, the water fountain was out of order and didn't offer any iced water, I asked and was told I can walk over to big lots to fill up a water bottle! After paying so much for the ultimate party! Who would want to leave the party to go fill up water bottles ! So buying them at 4$ each seamed the only option and these kids drank at least three bottles each! It's a trampoline park. Water should be readily available!"
"The place is fun for the kids, but the membership is a total scam. Bill me faithfully every month but I can't cancel for a year? It would be one thing if that was made clear up front, but nope. Couldn't find an option to cancel online so called in and the friendly lady said she cancelled for me. Next month, charged again. Did more digging online to find the hidden 12 month scam in the fine print. Good one. Also, no details in your account info as to how long your membership has been active. Another good one. Have to go searching through bank records now to find out how soon this joke can get off my books. Needless to say we are not going back. Surely hope these thieves enjoy my hard earned money while they can."
"My son and I had a great time! With some better planning. My family and I could have saved some money and had more fun. 2 premium tickets + tax was $74. You have to pay for socks to play. $7 for 2 pairs. Lockers for your shoes were $6 for 3hrs. Please make sure to pay for a lockers with exact change. The locker machine does not give change. I had an incident where my son inserted $10 but the machine did not give any change. I mentioned it to one of the girls at the register. She was nice but was unable to help. I asked to speak with a manager. His name was Brad or Bradley. I explained the situation. The manager pointed out that the computer screen mentioned it did not give change. Towards the bottom of the locker machine in tiny red letters, it did say that. I told the manager that it should be displayed better for others. The manager did refund the money and apologized. All in all, we stay the 3 hours. I would definitely treat this place like going to the movies. The food at the concession stand is way overpriced. Plan ahead! Also, bring your own hand sanitizer. Urban Air only has one public hand sanitizer station. It's not enough for the number of kids running around. Total cost for 1 adult and one kid was $89. Including lockers, socks, and beverages. I also bought 1 water and 1 frosty. Total cost was $5."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would! My family celebrated a 3rd birthday here this weekend, spend HUNDREDS of dollars for over 20 people to jump and do numerous other activities that they have available there, we bought a party room, multiple pizzas and wings, and we had a bit of an accident where the mother of the birthday girl was pushed into the foam pit by a random little kid (it was an accident) but in doing so she thought she had lost her phone in the foam pit. They did have a sign on the wall stating they are not responsible for lost or stolen items, however when we brought this situation to a worker, they were extremely rude, and unhelpful. They would NOT allow us to even look for the phone, other people not even in our party were trying to help us but not the workers, a manager came over and forbid anyone from looking for it, they told us we would have to wait an additional 3 hours after our party was over until they closed and they would give us 15 minutes to look for it and they would not help us and we were not allowed to remove the foam blocks from the pit. When trying to reason with this manager he was so unbelievably rude, utterly disrespectful, and unprofessional. We had party members in tears over his words and treatment of us. No thanks to this manager (who I believe his name was Brody? Bradley?) we ended up finding the phone. He also lied straight to my face about his superior being there for me to talk to. The owner, named Connie, from what I hear is a very nice woman, and a friend of my mothers knows her personally and thankfully was there with us and when I told her what was going on she confirmed that Connie, was indeed in the building about 5 minutes before I told her what happened, aka, while I was talking to this rude manager, I would HIGHLY suggest NOT spending your money here unless you want to be disrespected, and disappointed in your experience. I’m honestly so surprised this man is allowed to work around children with the way he treats the guests. Unacceptable."
"Pretty neat place, but they don’t include certain things so you spend more. The prices can get up there if you buy the whole package. If you love to jump, this place is for you. The air hockey table was broke and didn’t have a sign even though staff was aware. They couldn’t give me my two dollars back said I had to call the company. One of the massage chairs were also broken. There’s plenty of seating and they do have a concession stand. The bathroom floor was soaked and didn’t have a wet floor sign. So my grandsons socks got soaked. If I had known it was wet I would have put his shoes on , he’s only 4. Staff wasn’t very friendly either. So there’s definitely rom for improvement. But the kids loved it though. So that’s what matters the most!"
