"I go to this store every day for like 10 years and over the last couple of years I thought they have been going downhill. There assistant manager is racist and completely rude. They have a blond hair girl there that wears a hat and glasses and she is rude to every customer and has no sense of customer service. Then the girl that is usually in food is very young and rude. She is always on her phone and is constantly ruling her eyes when customers talk to her. Then about 2 months ago I went in about 6:30 and there was a woman there with blondish red hair, that is chin length and I've never been more impressed with someone. She was very nice and said good morning to me as soon as I walked in. Then when it was time to check out she asked me if there was anything else I needed and told me to have a nice day. She seemed so genuine that it was really nice. I said thank you and she said my pleasure, the manners were top notch. Then I go in the other morning and that rude arrogant old man was back. I haven't met an employee in my life who is as rude as this old man. If they had a brain they would have the girl with chin length blondish red hair there during their busy mornings."
