The two women there working were so incredibly helpful and kind and totally turned my whole day around. They promptly helped me and expeditiously completed my purchase and set up. I don’t know what I would have done without them."

"they cover up when the brownshill road tcc wireless employee tried to take me out over a refund, and my comment from the old t-mobile store in brownshill road my original google maps comment was "shadow-banned" not from this store location but the former t-mobile tcc wireless store by the iHOP on brownshill road when I left a comment in 2021, they move the t-mobile store to squirrel hill location, this store is not some authorized retailer, I had to leave a voicemail to the vice president of customer service for t-mobile executive cell # she never call me back from Seattle her response is she got a regional manger for t-mobile that cover PA, Indiana and Ohio 3 states to fire the TCC Wireless employee over his misconduct behavior back in the year of 2021, so what it shows me is t-mobile is willing to coverup authorized retailers misconduct in the vicinity of the pittsburgh pa area but they have no control to their headquarters... the only problem i had was one of the other employees at the defunct brownshill road tmobile store had my PIN # memorized so it looks to me that's how SIM Card Swapping occurs? I noticed T-Mobile fixed the sim card swapping leak issue."
