"It's been about a year since we had been there and I was surprised at how they've let the place go. Looks like maybe they've had some water damage as the floors were lifting in lots of places, causing trip hazards. And there was a wall that appeared to be covered in what looked like mold. Sharp edges on play equipment. Tears and holes in the netting in the little kid area that were big enough for a small child to fall through. Missing, worn out, torn, and broken equipment everywhere. Duct tape and zip-ties barely holding things together. Very disappointing. Hoping they fix this place because we used to enjoy it."

"Brought my kids here on a Wednesday at noon. for the first 20 minutes or so, we were the only people here. The front desk staff were polite, and got us signed in quickly. Yes, there are some tears in some of the vinyl. But it's a great place on a weekday to let the kids run around and get some energy out. We recommend it!!"

"The quality in this place has greatly went downhill over the years. Me and my kids come often but that's only because of Groupon. Everyone complaining about price get on the groupon app!!! I pay less than $20, it's usually $15 altogether for both of my kids to jump for an hour + price of socks but we always save ours. Back to the quality, as others have stated there's foam peeled up, exposed chains and torn ropes, and some inoperable equipment. Just questionable upkeep all around. Bathrooms are very nasty, I make sure my kids use it at home before we show up. Staff are very careless, I never dealt with anyone rude honestly but they don't care about whats going on in there. No one is on the floor patrolling things, and ensuring safety. This place used to be a 5 star ordeal all day long!! Please get it back up to par Get Air!"

"We just visited for the first time in probably 5 years. I was very disappointed that several things were broken and pretty much everything was showing major signs of wear and tear. For the price, I would expect it to be better maintained."

"We have had 3 birthday parties here this year since January. EVERY PARTY HAS BEEN A PROBLEM. The first party they over charged me and didn’t accommodate or fix it until my next child’s party. With her party they didn’t have the frozen treats etc that we paid for !!!! We had a party there today, when we got there the party room wasn’t even clean! We had a bonus 5 which is 5 FREE jumpers and an extra pizza and an extra two liter. We didn’t even get the extra pizza and had to pay for it and was told because of that we could stay until 5pm to give us time to get the pizza and have a little extra time to jump. FIVE minutes later they came in and said we could only have until 4:30 because the manager said that’s the max time to accommodate. We were promised a hour which was never approved by the manager. THE MANAGER WASNT EVEN THERE ON DUTY TODAY. They have a bunch of high schoolers working in there who are very unprofessional and rude. We got our total bill it was over $400 for a basic $249 party package. We got kicked out the room at 3:45 when the initial party was until 4!! The pizza never even came until we left. They called the police and said we were refusing to pay when we wasn’t. We were questioning the price because it was way higher than what we were supposed to pay. They wouldn’t honor the $50 off for having several parties there that we got as a email or the bonus 5 on the party. The police had them discount the price due to our proof. The host was very rude and unprofessional. What a great way to ruin regular customers for trying to up one people for no reason. DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTIES HERE THEY SUCK AND WILL OVER CHARGE YOU!!!"
