"what a relief doctor auguste was for my very elderly mother who m we moved here to bangor from denver and who had a dental emergency here. he took time to review with us her options, including costs for each option and timelines. he spent easily 40 mins total reviewing the xrays and his assessment. no hard sell. his touch with anesthesia was marvelous and my mother throughout the procedure experienced no pain (and she was really nervous). the staff with dr. auguste also were sympathetic and professional. we will be back for sure."

"I want to start of this review with a huge THANK YOU!! This was by far one of my best dental experiences in my life, and that’s saying something since it was an emergency appointment and an extraction. I have severe anxiety surrounding the dentist and surgical procedures, so going in I was already emotional and anxious. The dentist and his team were extraordinary from the first appointment to my extraction, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. He made sure to check in on me during the extraction multiple times, and was very clear and precise about what the procedure would be like. I am only a few hours since having the procedure but at this point I HIGHLY recommend this practice."

"Dr. Auguste himself I had no issues with, but this practice is so poorly managed that I would highly advise making an appointment elsewhere. I have had two appointments canceled the day or week of because they said they had no dental hygienists on staff (like, employed at all) and I have received multiple bills for services that I have already paid for and had to call to get them cleared up. Steer clear unless you want to deal with a big headache."

"I'm not a fan of dentists. It's nothing against them personally & stems from a traumatic childhood experience at the dentist. But everyone here was WONDERFUL!!!! From the very first phone call to them to the convenience of filling out paperwork electronically, etc. They were clear that payment was needed before service ( I don't have insurance). I paid when I arrived & didn't have a long wait at all! The dentist talked to me about the pain I was experiencing & said he'd pull my infected tooth in about 2 hours when he had a break in his schedule if I could come back. I went out front to discuss the amount owed before agreeing so I know what was expected of me. I paid, came back & was out in an hour! The infection from my tooth had actually gone into my jawbone so thank God they helped me so quickly! Every other place I called was either rude, wouldn't take me or was making me wait months for an appointment. I'll be back to Sedation Dental as an actual patient now due to my experience! Thank you to the pleasant, helpful staff & to Dr. Auguste!"

"My husband has severe dental anxiety, and has had two extractions under sedation at Sedation Dental. Dr. Auguste and his staff are kind, patient and understanding, and the treatment was top notch. My husband has a lot more work that needs to be done, and Dr. Auguste is flexible and willing to work with us to create a schedule that works with our budget. The front office staff is helpful and friendly, and the anesthesiologist is wonderful. We highly recommend Sedation Dental."
