T-Mobile 3139 Banksville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15216

"STAY AWAY!!! the manager, hunter wynn, gave me the runaround when returning phones and a modem for internet service. The phones were "mistakenly" activated and I was subsequently wrongly billed. I returned the boxes, unopened, to his store (which he insisted on opening over my objections) in less than the 14-day free trial period. He kept urging me to go to UPS myself (and buy insurance) because "if HE returned them, they could get lost and I would be charged for the phones." He made me make two trips because the first time I "needed a pin from customer service". On my second trip, despite having receipts, emails and packing slips, he was strangely "missing info in HIS system", and needed me to wait while he figured it all out. It was obvious he just didn't want to process the returns-which took 2 trips, (over an hour on the second trip), and should have taken only 5 minutes! I left the store with an uneasy feeling that things would go wrong, and sure enough, the phones were mysteriously activated- phones I was returning and service I was canceling-incompetence and/or spite. This generated a bill I've been getting for 3 months, and could negatively impact my credit! It's been a nightmare trying to cancel the service, which NEVER should have been activated, and to get a refund."

He went above and beyond by doing such an excellent job of helping me get my phone back on track ASAP. I am a Lyft driver, and I just can not afford to have my phone offline and not fully operate properly or I will not be able to make any profits at all. Daymon had throughly explained my options and helped me with the process of getting me back online with Lyft right away. I now have a newly upgraded phone, a much better suited protective cellphone case cover, and also a very great screen protector as well. I am very much pleased with the quality of service that I have received from him, and I will also be referring all of my family and friends to him for as long as I have my phone service with T-Mobile because his service is so very appreciated. I was rather clueless and he was helpful, kind, and patient. He knew his stuff and upgraded my plan, which was more than I expected! I was really grateful!"
