Colleen took the time to help me figure out the part number ( this was not an easy task for an older unit missing the part numbers) then they didn't have it in stock so she showed me where I could get it faster. Not trying to upsell or gatekeep me but just trying to help me out. If I ever have a major issue this is definitely the company I'm calling."

"Pioneer installed our heating and air conditioning system when we built our home in 1997. They have been our "go to" hvhc technicians ever since. The entire team, starting with Colleen in the front office, the technicians, and Rick the owner are all professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicate well throughout the service experience. We schedule our annual heating and annual air conditioning preventative/routine maintenance services with Colleen. She is courteous and professional, and works to link up our schedules with Rick's availability. Twice a year, Rick checks our furnance and heat pump and together we do what we can to extend the longevity of it. When we decided to replace our hvhc system with a new Trane system, due to age and energy efficiency, Rick gave us a very competitive quote and thoroughly discussed the installation process. The team installed the new system in two days since we decided to change the heat pump location. The installation was clean and well done. Rick and the guys patiently fished lines through the ceiling drywall of our finished basement, used line hide material to neatly cover up the lines in our finished garage, and ran the electrical lines in a clean and neat fashion from the breaker box to the outside units. They carefully drilled the hole through our foundation for the heat pump lines. We went with line hide material for the lines running across the garage ceiling. Rick was willing to work the lines inside the garage drywall but we said no because the line hide material was fine with us - it looks clean and neat....and it's a garage. The previous heat pump location outside was cleaned up - old lines cut and caulked, electrical lines disconnected, concrete slab removed, and all trash picked up. I cannot stress how professional, technically knowledgeable, responsive and courteous the entire team is at Pioneer. I highly recommend them for any and all of your hvhc needs. You will be very pleased."

"I don't write many reviews , however I felt the need to for this company as I have had a very good experience, I had them replace an old geothermal unit with a new Water Furnace series5 and add a buffer tank for the domestic hot water , they came out , inspected the situation, we discussed the options and decided on the system, they ordered it, gave me plenty of notice on when it would arrive , then scheduled the install, the install took only one day as they were just removing the old unit and replacing the new one , however as picky as I am I feel that they did a fantastic and clean install. its been working great with no issues, I am currently considering them for a new system in another property, I would recommend them if your looking for a professional and clean install"

"The lady who answers the phone, Coleen is extremely unprofessional. after calling for approximately a week straight for service she continued to "forget" and I didn't get a technician until a week later. the technician that did show up "Rick" did do a fantastic job which is the only reason for the one star, the unprofessionalism shown by Colleen makes this business a terrible decision. I am unsure how old she is but truly immature and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. The work was completed on a Friday and payment was given to them on Monday, (as they are closed on the weekend ) by cash after confirming this was ok with Coleen. She called my wife’s work and threatened her and then when we showed up to the office to speak to her about her unprofessionalism and immaturity she immediately called the police. This didn’t go the way she expected due to her severe immaturity. This business is terrible and we will be sending a letter to the BBB"
