"Manager Beau was incredibly condescending to me and another female staff member. She had long dark hair and was incredibly patient and kind to me and at one point needed to ask Beau for help, to which he replied very loudly and publicly, ‘did you actually do anything this time?’, belittling her to another customer he was working with at the moment. He refused to talk to me as a customer and only asked questions to the employee helping me to have her ask me the questions to which then he only replied to HER and had her parrot the information to me."

"The workers weren't the worst I've experienced. They were much nicer when I was adding new lines. They offered no help despite me sitting in the store struggling to figure how to get my pictures off my old broken phone. I don't even necessarily blame the employees. It's not their fault that they get more from commission and an existing customer getting an upgrade isn't worth their time. The whole experience felt awkward and that their only goal was to get me out of the store. Probably would recommend just getting what you need from the website or customer service unless it's an emergency."
