"The food was great once they got our order right. The bad part about it the order was repeated back to us and they still got it wrong. They weren't busy either maybe the staff just needs to focus after all your job is service, just give the people what they want."

"Worst experience I ever had at any fast food place. Very poor customer service. We were told to order from Kiosk located toward the back in a sitting area, awkward. After order was completed & paid from Kiosk. We discover food request was not submitted. We called bank to confirm money was posted, and it was. Thus, the problem. Money paid for no goods. It became a yelling debate. We were told to get out and they called the cops rather than resolve the issue. General manager called, promises made without final resolution. Avoid this Wendy's at all cost. However there was a supervisor just starting shift and it was his first day. He spoke very calm and assuring he would help. Wish I knew his name he deserves Kudos"

"Would not take a cash order for us at the register and made us order through the kiosk. The fries were not fresh. They were out of Dr. Pepper. The lady that told us we couldn't order at the register told us we had to use the kiosk. Very sad experience. At least the nuggets were okay..."

"We waited a while before our order was completed. Wendy workers who were getting off, or who just decided to pop in, were given their food BEFORE paying customers. I believe the child labor law act is being broken at this location because a smart mouthed 12 year old male Asian kid was working the cash register. He was completely rude and disrespectful. NOBODY wore gloves, even though everyone seemed to be cooking something, except for the kid on the register. The hamburgers and fries that we ordered did not look anything like the ones on the kiosk. Actually, all the burgers we ordered were the original jr cheeseburgers that used to cost a dollar but now cost $4.00 or more. The meat on the overpriced burgers was dry and burnt. Most of the burgers that we ordered did not have the correct toppings on them. I requested sweet chili sauce with an order of chicken nuggets that I got, but it was not included in the bag. The manager was speaking to a girl either looking for a job, or she was being reprimanded for something she was doing on the job,either way, she was not a happy camper. This place took over the bad service and atmosphere that the McDonalds next door used to have. You're better off eating at the company behind Wendy's that builds items to send to space."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The service is terrible! Absolutely terrible! I think I'll stop coming to this location after the meal I got today. I ordered the spicy chicken combo and the chicken was so small I couldn't believe it. And I sat in the drive thru for almost a half hour. Fries old and cold piled up with salt! I'm actually shocked that this place is still in business that's how bad it is. Won't be coming back unless their service improves."
