"Poor management and sales. They lied and lied and played dumb? Very deceptive. Told us the new truck was there and it was not. It was in Moon twp. Made us wait and wait after we had an appointment. Manager lowered our trade-in value after it was already a set agreement. We tried to reason and establish a fair deal. The manager told us "Then go!!" No negotiations! Bad business. We will never ever go there again."

"The is people terrible and service plus I’m being couple times and these location because they never fix right my car the last time I was there it was in February in my car have a accident overflow oil and burn up the turbo charge so it was a super supercharged on condition boost and they fix it the first time and when I get off from the car from the dealer come on back again I had to return the car to the dealer to get fixed back again the second time turned on back again and I have to go back to get fixed and they fix it right away and after five months of six months turn back again the light the same condition so they’re terrible and communication in the service now I call to give me an estimate about my car I did take an hour and an hour and a half to give you. Diagnostic by the car. And it sound ridiculous because you mean like you supposed to wait for a response later on they just wanna use money from your warranty more time so they get paid for what they doing and this is a trick they always does every customers and that’s unfair that you have to wait for long time for estimate, so I don’t recommend for anybody who wanna get service from the car OK, I’m back again about this dealership today. I went there and my car never got fixed. The guy was telling me he need more time to stay with the car to get fixed some more extra time so he can see what’s going on with the car. I think this dealership is unfair. Even the outside they have Assigned they said they need for full-time does mean this dealership they don’t have any technician to fix car at the moment that’s why they take it too long to give you on this not this and they told me they diagnostic so he was telling me that he need more time with the car and then also he approached me because my review in Google and I told him yeah how you feel if I was your car and he cannot answer to me when approaching in, and I told him that he gonna help me to pay my rent because I need to generate money to pay my rent. Are you gonna give me a Rent-A-Car so I can go to my job or not any more time he can actually see what’s going on and that’s unfair because it’s been three times. I’ve been there and never get fixed, best to every customer to not go that place is not recommended is not good at all so don’t go with that place at all. They’re not professional because the last time I went there to drop off my car I crashed to the manager and I asked her who is Kelly and he had thoroughly ignore me not even say hi how you doing how can I help you nothing like that at all so this is zero star for this location is a terrible place, not best recommendation"

"Good experience leasing a brand new Chevy Trax at this location. Kyle, the salesman, was well informed and answered all of my questions. He was thorough with his explanations and clear. I would definitely recommend Kyle for your car buying needs. He is a guy you can trust. Also had a very good experience with Ron, the manager. He was quick to offer a solution to an issue I had and made me feel welcome at this location. Billy, finance guy, was also an all star. I love my new Trax and would recommend stopping at North Star Chevrolet if you are in the market for a new car. Thanks again!"

"On multiple occasions, throughout this process, there was minimal to NO communication from the staff. Each time we spoke, I initiated every conversation. This in turn caused many delays and inconveniences to me. This went from a quoted 2 day repair to almost a 3 week process. I wasn’t issued a loaner vehicle in a timely manner, even when it was promised to me. I was exploring purchasing a new vehicle and asked for my trade-in value and NEVER received a call back. (You missed a potential sale!) The wrong part was ordered, which further delayed things. I requested my State inspection and it was never completed, even though I was told it would be. The response from your staff was consistently “I forgot.” Considering I spent almost $5,000 for repairs, I would have expected better service. This is my second and last time using this shop. I would NOT recommend."
