"July 5thour Honda pilot was taken to Honda north in butler. It was scheduled to have check engine, abs, traction and emission warning lamps looked at. It was also to have a recall performed. We were told it needed a throttle body. We approved the repair at a cost of about $600. We were also informed that there were no parts available for the recall. On July 26 all the lamps returned. We had the codes checked and found them to be the same as the previous trip. Honda north was called on the 26 and 27th. Messages were left both times. We dropped the car at Honda north on the 28th. We received a text to confirm an appointment for 2pm the 29th. This was the only contact we received for one week. We made several calls and left messages with no word back. When we were finally contacted and told that the code would not reset. Things continued this way for another week with only minimal contact. On 8/7 my wife received an email saying what part was needed(not in stock) she approved the repair I received a call 8/8 telling me the repair was complete and we only owed for the part"
