Celebrating 40 Years:

We're thrilled to announce that 2024 marks the 40th anniversary of BHOF! Starting in May, we will celebrate by sharing personal stories from 40 inspiring osteoporosis patients through videos. These stories aim to raise awareness and commemorate our journey over the past four decades.

Support Groups and Events:

Join our Bone Buddies Online Virtual Support Group this August, featuring weekly sessions on diet, exercise, treatment, and more. In July, we will host presentations on primary and secondary causes of bone loss, as well as spine and hip discordance.
