"Dr Straka is a great Dr. However we had a 1:10 appointment and they only taking us back because I complained. It is now 2:40. The receptionist said "oh I forgot " like that makes it all okay. Forget my dad is now out of oxygen, and last appointment a few weeks ago we sat here for 2hrs and 15 minutes before we saw someone. Then they said "oh I kept picking up the wrong papers. Seriously!! They should come to work and not get paid, maybe then they would remember to do their job!!! This is so frustrating! So why do we have to be here 15 minutes early?? Frustrating"
