This agency goes above and beyond to support the needs of their clients and treats them like family. They were excellent in helping a client that had transportation barriers go to their MD appointments. There is no challenge that Dwayne will not take on if it means enhancing and improving the quality of life for his clients. The caregivers are skilled and build intentional, meaningful relationships. I have so much confidence in this agency and am so grateful for how they support their community."

"If I could give negative stars I would this employer will over work you and then not give you all of your pay and also pay you a lessor rate than discussed at your interview. He changes your clock in and clock out times. He also is short staffed and will leave you stuck at a client's house with no notice if he didn't find coverage. He is narsacistic and disrespectful. He is in school to be a minister but do not be fooled he is not a man of God."

He was/is such a good, caring, personable and intuitively sensitive man that we instantly connected and I was able to talk to him, as if I had ALWAYS known him. I told him about my paraplegic wife and her inconsiderate and undependable care agency. He told me he was in the beginnings of building such a business. Keep in mind, WE WERE STRANGERS, but, he instantly cared (and was as angry about the situation as I was) that he gave me his number and my wife and I called him the next day.
