"Can not plead people enough to do their homework before considering a Genesis vehicle. Lack of customer service, insane depreciation, quality control issues and the list goes on. They will happily take a heap of your hard earned money and give you a lump of coal in return. If you want to overpay for a vehicle consider purchasing a luxury vehicle with pedigree. It starts at the dealership level and works its way up the chain to the corporate office. Also, great respray job on my "luxury" vehicle. Now it looks worse than a 2000 Corolla. Edit: P.S. I have already reached out (several times) previously about their poor customer service and shawty workmanship and had literally zero response or mediation by them. Too little too late."
