"TL;DR I’m a non-witch, middle-aged female with sleep issues. Tamara & Tabitha took a three-pronged approach to help improve my sleep. My sleep patterns have been awful for years. I wake up for the day in the 3 a.m. hour and can’t fall back asleep. By 8 pm., that means I’m exhausted and usually hoping to crash into bed. Recently, I declined a 25th reunion dinner invitation because I didn’t want to drive late, knowing how exhausted I’d be. Tamara offered to help. I was hesitant, because I’m not a witch and, while I find it all beautiful and have great respect for their practices, I wasn’t sure if they could help a partial-non believer. However, over the years, I’ve tried melatonin, trazodone, ashwagandha, sleep studies, aromatherapy, nasal surgeries, lavender, room temperature adjustments, lighting adjustments, not eating for hours before bed, exercising more before bed, going to sleep later/not at all, meditation, music, and just about anything anyone suggested– so I was all-in to try whatever they came up with. Tamara & Tabitha came up with three things to try: 1) a custom-made spell pouch to place near my bed/pillow, 2) a Healing Hands session, and 3) a Tarot card reading. I intend to write about each one separately in more detail, but I completed all three this past weekend, and slept until my alarm on Monday morning. That may sound small, but for someone who hasn’t needed an alarm clock for literal years, it was a HUGE WIN!!! I can’t say yet how long this will last, but I can say that sleep changes everything– your mood, your patience, your interactions with other people, and how you experience life. I feel like they helped me hit the “reset” button on my sleep patterns and just can’t thank them enough."
