"I bought a very nice used Honda HR V this week from this dealership. I cannot say enough about how nice everyone was. We took a test drive, they worked with me to get the best interest rate with my good credit and did several figures for an extended warranty to get me the best one. I was only there about an hour & a half this visit but due to the internet company they use for paperwork having been hacked I returned on this past Monday to sign paperwork. Although buying a car is truly a hassle they made it as quick & easy as possible. Although I was not buying an Acura used or new they treated me well and if I’m ever in the market for an Acura I’d definitely buy it here!! Got my son into an amazing used car at a fair price. What impressed me the most was the communication between the team members starting with Damion emailing us back fast yesterday. "Cameron, Mike and Jay were kind and accommodating. They addressed the issue on my RDX (warranty part failure), they were able to get me in quick. Provide me with a loaner, and kept me updated through out the process. Mikey the repairing technician took extraordinary care of my vehicle and treated it as his own. He is a very talented technician. I am very particular and I got my vehicle back exactly how it was dropped off. I have always done mechanical work myself, however with a warranty claim I had no other option but to have the Dealer fix it. I’ve always been skeptical as I’ve been in the automotive industry for 10+ years, you tend to have your doubts as you see pretty much anything and everything in this industry.
