"Staff is extremely overworked (what little staff they have there) and under appreciated. Nurses are expected to have 40+ dementia patients, which is out of ratio, as well as take 2 halls at night time.. also out of ratio. The CNAs are treated so poorly by so many in the upper management. It is not uncommon for there to be only 1 CNA per hall at night, leaving the CNA unable to take care of all the residents. RN supervisors are left to be the supervisor, work a cart (passing medications and doing treatments, among many other things.) Medications take days to come in, residents are left without pain medications and suffering. The facility is all about the all might dollar and not the care of their residents. If you stand up for the proper ratio and care, you are blacklisted. I would not recommend sending your loved one(s) here."

"I'm giving 2 stars just because they still and have had some great staff. But unfortunately they are a great example of why privatised health care is a problem. This place is going down fast and if the county doesn't find a different company to operate it then I wouldn't want my loved ones in their."
