"These low rating reviews should warn people! My first service at dealership went ok. Not disappointed nor impressed. So now I want to schedule major work to be done and requested a loaner. I spoke with Keri ahead of time in regards to any issues with a loaner; she said no problem. Today she is off and Maria(I believe her name was) wasn't nearly as nice and said we would not be able to give you a loaner since I didn't buy car there! Well guess what? You think this poor level of service will incourage me to ever buy a car there? Scheduling $10,000 of service work isn't as important than your customers oil change that bought vehicle from you? Luckily we have other great Maserati dealers within this state!"

"Alex, the General Manager’s customer service is subpar. In that position you should never start addressing a customer by saying , “ First of all” as he addressed me. The timeframe of completing a warranty covered repair was not communicated to me. Upon asking Alex and Christine to accommodate me and just make it right they refused. I had to call and involve the police to get a somewhat satisfactory resolution. It never should have went that far. Being fair, Christine let me voice my concerns and just nodded her head while Alex went word for word with me. Lou refused to bend on the matter until I involved the police. The sad part is before i even bought my car, I was so impressed by the customer service of the older gentleman with the white hair, he is a salesman. He took almost an hour and fully educated me on the Levante truck which prompted me to buy one. I ended up buying my car out of state because I was given a better deal but the salesman’s handling of me at Pittsburgh was phenomenal. After how I was treated I would not take my son’s Maserati power wheel to be serviced at Pittsburgh"

"Absolutely without a doubt the worst car buying experience I've had. I purchased a used Audi S4 and the following week after I bought it, it was already undrivable and displaying warning lights on the dash. After four days of getting the run around they told me it was my problem and they weren't going to do anything about it. This is after I have a text message from the salesman Andrew Williams stating that they would pay to have it fixed. The general manager Lou was nothing but disrespectful, not returning phonecalls when he said he would and showing that he didn't care about the situation or a customer. If you want terrible customer service or to spend thousands of dollars days after purchasing a vehicle then you should definitely go here. I know I never will again."

"I would have to say I 100% respectfully disagree with the 1* rating. I have had the absolute best experience with this dealership (bought and leased many cars) in dealing with Maserati of Pittsburgh. From Lou Bellisario to the front desk to the technicians to the finance, everything was top notch. I didn't even buy my car from them here in Pittsburgh. I had many problems with my car and they went truly ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me, starting with Lou himself. Again, every circumstance and opinion is up for debate. That is why we have reviews I suppose! I have referred multiple people to this dealership and they loved it (fellow physicians). They also dealt with Lou directly and had nothing but good things to say. I'm not writing this for any personal gain. I have no personal financial interest in their dealership. Matter of fact, I recently got rid of my Maserati (growing family, third kid on way, need large SUV). I am writing this merely as a fellow consumer to educate other consumers. I would not hesitate in any way to return to this dealership, and I am confident I will again in the future."
