"Was employed with them for all of 2 weeks. I was working under them to take care of a family member. These people lied to my family and said they had all this coverage the next day after they forced us to switch agencies before the month if september was even out they tell my family they have no workers. The day before that they had workers. Two days in a row I worked a 12 hour shift and was supposed to be off at 9am no workers ever showed up. My client who is my family cant walk talk use the bathroom on their own or feed themselves on their own so they cannot be left alone, therefore who ever is there just has to stay if no one shows up. Let me also mention in 2022 they only pay 10.50 an hr, i have another job making way more and I told they their lack of staffing will not cause me my other job. I told they i was resigning that day, they never let me speak to a manager or supervisor on the situation, but the supervisor somehow called my family and told them they would not be providing our family with services basically because i quit. Also when my family told them i have another Job and cant stay they suggested that we leave my family member alone. they wanted us to neglect a client they shouldve been providing care for, someone who cant talk walk feed themselves or go to the bathroom. please do not choose this company this is what you are getting. a company that just wants to collect money from insurance and not actually provide service after they collect their money they will throw everything on the family. learn from our mistakes. if you love your family you will not choose this company for service. also forgot to mention the other employees that were supposed to be coming in for my family member would call so last minute or just not call or show up at all. also forgot to mention that this company will lie when they have to"

"The worst inexperienced substandard helpers. Owned by an ex-worker. Caregivers were thieves and never showed when they were scheduled. Waited everyday morning for the call that there helpers had called off. Unbelievably unprofessional especially when a client complained. Reported them to the Area on Aging. Very spiteful and LIED when they had to. Said clients should reach in their pockets and get “ private pay”. What to do? Get better or leave this world."
