"Professional organized and timely. Be prepared and arrive timely, don't expect globe to make up for your mistakes of poor planning and timing. I've used Globe many times and never an issue. Employees are professional, helpful and interactive."

"While globe has been reliable in the past, the previous 2 years using it has not been the most pleasant experience. They do not ask about size of party when sending the buses and they fill up quickly leaving parties separated and/or waiting for an extended period of time. The drivers then explain it will be an additional 10 minute wait. Other companies arrive several times while waiting for globe to come. Will not be using again."

"I don’t know who’s driving van 211 on May 26, 2024 at the midnight hour going into Monday, the 27th, but dude thinks he is in nascar. He’s doing 80-85 on the highway (speed limit is 65) and he is tailgating cars and damn near running them off the road at exits. He’s also speeding on airport property where the construction zone speed is 15, doing 45-50 in that area. He almost took out a small sedan by moving over into their lane right on their rear bumper. If that sedan had just tapped their brakes, he would’ve plowed into them, as they were on the highway doing 75 mph. Too aggressive for me, didn’t feel safe one bit. I’ve ridden with them a few times and they have some drivers that make me question whether I should just drive myself to feel safer overall. Stop hiring bad drivers. They are dangerous and are going to get you into a lawsuit. I have no idea how can 211 didn’t hit someone this night. May 26-27 at midnight. If you want a safe trip to the airport and feel like you want to make it alive, don’t use globe shuttles."

"I have used Globe parking many times before. However, more recently their standards have shifted. I parked my car for a week while out of the country. When my car was brought out there was a nest of ants laying eggs in the door of my car. Hundreds of them. After cleaning them out myself, I went to the desk to report this. The staff wrote a report but didn’t offer to wash the car or anything. Even though I asked for a car wash prior to leaving my car there. So I had to essentially pay to have my car infested with ants and did not get the service I originally asked for. One staff member attempted to contact the owner so I could speak with him saying he would “be right back”. I waited and no one came. I was told The manager “likely took his car and left because he wasn’t scheduled to be there”. I was told by another staff member that there wasn’t anything they can do to alleviate this problem. Nothing. The customer service at this establishment is abhorrent and the management is lackadaisical and quite rude. Clearly the premises has an issue with pest control. All terrible qualities of a place that you are trusting your vehicle with. I’m not sure what has happened to this company but I am disgusted. They have lost my trust and I will never park here again. Furthermore, I know plenty of people who have used Globe in the past and I have already deterred them from returning."

"I used them for an early morning flight for a week long trip. They have 24/7 service, which is great. Here, I have to leave my car in front of the store, and a crew drove to their lot later. For a one minute drive, I noticed a “hard break” in my progressive snapshot (which means the deceleration 7 mph per second). I think they should drive customers’ cars more gently. When I came back at around 5pm, I called them as instructed. It took slightly more than 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, while I saw shuttles from some other places came twice or three times."
