"rude and unbusiness like. I bought the wrong oil and when I asked to exchange it for a different type at same price i was told no refunds,noexchanges. This was 5 minutes after I bought it,it was unopened,same price,with a receipt,from the same cashier. The cashier said she had recently been repremanded and was clearly anxious to pass that on to the customers. She then told me if I really wanted to exchange it I could come back in 3 days when the owner "might" be in. Really made not want to come back ever .I live across the street and have been going there for years."
