They resolved the issue and was nice enough to go with me around the store to pick every item my original online order. Definitely will make this my preferred store for my future purchases! "My visit was a few months ago. The store was clean and organized, very pleasant environment but I won’t be back. Planned on spending more money, but the service made me not want to spend even a dime here. I only bought what I did because it wasn’t in stock at competitor’s stores. Staff was not very welcoming. When I walked in they were standing at the counter yapping away, no greeting or offer to help. I’m kind of shy so I just browsed the store, waiting for the conversation to end. They were too concerned with what sounded like workplace drama to help me. When I finally got help, neither of the two people working that day were very knowledgeable on the supplements I was looking for. They just knew what shelf to find them on lol. I was in the store for over an hour (partially because I was looking stuff up online). When I needed help finding the last item on my list, I stood in awkward silence waiting for them to finish their conversation to ask for help, like literally standing in their faces, being completely ignored for a good 3 minutes. Service was so bad, I thought I was being punk’d. It was unreal. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble so I won’t describe them, but maybe just give the whole staff a refresher on customer service. And look into this workplace hostility, if you have a Becky that works here? She was not there that day, but the two people on duty weren’t too fond of her! And yelling across the store at one point, for the whole neighborhood to hear about this drama."
