"Love this 711. been coming here for years.. to be honest. anyone who has an issue with these people here, create the issues themselves. ive seen it time and time again. like , its not hard to just be polite and i dont know whats the word... normal? stop complaining over price discrepancies that are worth CENTS, and stop being so entitled to 5 star service. its a 711. these people work hard and they work all day. literally every 1 star review is just someone whos salty about some bs. . love this store and the people in it. im always welcomed with a smile."

"Went in for a coffee and the machine ran out of milk. When I told the guy at the register he ended up blaming it on me saying I broke the machine. We also have the 7/11 app and he told us we couldn’t use the deal for the coffee. I also took a handful of Splenda packets and was told to put them back and that I’m not allowed to take that many. This location is awful and shouldn’t be up if they treat their customers this bad."

"The store clerk as I went to buy a coffee and bagel, tried to charge me full price. When I had the rewards but the system froze. He could of helped me by taking the coffee off. Because it was supposed to be free!!! But instead he said I have to pay full price!! That is not professional service and now I won’t waste my time going there!!! That is how you lose customers."

"All the 7-11 I been to I never had a issue . But this only store open past 10 pm in the area when I get out of work. So I have no choice to go ALL other 7-11 n stores that cell anything one sale except coupons instead them knowing it scan your coupon then say they can't except it so it then useless to make more money for them selves off items you watch it on screen work on . They are the biggest theifs in the world nasty rude and what 7-11 only has one jar reg flavor coffee only except for 2 hr of the day . They are con artist and robbers and know they can be because ethey only place open even when it shows they are straight lying to you and intentionally will scan and waste your coupon so you can not use on any other store if you wanted to. They are nasty rude lazy jokes"
