"They built me a garage that I can't adequately park in! And refused to help me after they took my money. I had a garage built for about $25,000. Because of the slight slope of my yard, they built the garage very high, unbeknownst to me. Afterwards, they told me that if they did not build it that high, I would have issues with water coming through my man door. There was no discussion of other options, such as a French drain, etc. Because of the height of the garage and it is located in the back alley, I had to take my spare tire off my boat trailer to park it in the garage (with an inch to spare), other wise it wouldn't make it in. Also, if I don't back into the garage at a high speed, the tires will spin, unless I have it in 4wd. I called the owner multiple times, and he didn't even have the respect to call me back. He just sent me a text message. First they told me they would come add more lime stone to fix the grade, then they said they can't help, then they said they would...and nothing happened."
