"Was not welcoming and did not try to accommodate for our situation in anyway. Was given a 5 day notice and 3 days to pick from to take delivery. Non worked great but was told they couldn’t hold my car past the 3rd day. Only offered me one time to pick up. We drove 3 hours over 260 miles."

"I brought my son to check out the Cybertruck and they were busy. So many people there buying cars, wanting to test drive and picking up orders. The staff was completely overwhelmed…I can honestly say I’ve never seen that many people in an auto dealership ever. One sales agent, who I think is new because I’ve visited this location before and I haven’t met her, she had a sale going and was literally waiting on three other people at once. Kudos to her! I read some reviews and while I am sure their comments are true and valuable to know…I found the staff there to be hardworking and fielding a crowd that no business could have prepared for (or maybe they are trying to but can’t find workers which seems a common theme across industries and the country). Anyway…back to the truck…wow! They only have one available to look at, and I don’t think you can test drive it yet. You’d think that might be a negative but it became a great opportunity to meet people who shared facts and information and tips with me. I sat in it with three different families, one just looking, one who has an order pending and one who was there picking up his purchase. It’s fair to say we were all impressed. Though I will report the man picking up had a software issue that needed fixing and the service team was working on it when we were there. I think it might be smart to hire some additional service workers here if this many people are actually going to buy. He didn’t seem upset, he owns another Tesla, so he knows the drill with tech car companies. It’s a different ecosystem and it does take getting used to. No different than the Carvana dealership right next door. I hoped I wouldn’t like the truck, because it would be a very hard purchase to justify. I did. The truth is, no matter which EV or hybrid truck, they are all going to be expensive. Do your homework, and I don’t mean recalls or software update needs…those issues will be remedied. What I mean is know your range needs, understand the power capabilities and certainly do not buy if you intend to sell soon after. Tesla isn’t a brand you buy and sell a few years later…you would be better off leasing. They are built to last but also to be improved over time. It is amazing how they update and upgrade constantly. Also, know that your gas savings will fluctuate and so the real benefit is that you aren’t sucking in or spewing out exhaust or needing to deal with emissions testing. I believe they have charging available here for customers. There is also a Supercharger not too far away at a local Giant Eagle. Down the block there is a Top Golf location and there are restaurants less than a ten minute walk away, if you end up having to wait on one of their busier days go out and enjoy Bridgeville and have them text you when they are ready. Or make an appointment…I’d highly suggest an appointment if available."

"a bunch of weak sycophants who hung up on me & cancelled my appointment. Tesla service team is just as bad as their customer care if not worse. i would never recommend going to this place. the people are so unbelievable unprofessional, they hung up the phone without me saying a single word because they’re all soft people & claimed a message i sent had rude tones to it"

"I had the absolute worst car-buying experience of my life at this location. The staff is horrible and desperately needs training in customer service. I cancelled an order on a new vehicle as a result. They can keep their $250 order fee; it was the price I paid to learn that instead of buying a second Tesla, I will never own one again. I traded the first in elsewhere for a “non-Tesla” and won’t be looking back."

"Brand new 2024 Model Y with 1,173 miles had 7 alerts come up at once. Needed to find a safe parking space. Could not get vehicle to go into P. It was shifting between P and N on its own. I could not leave vehicle because I needed to keep my foot on the brake or it would roll. Waited an hour for Tesla roadside. When they arrived back wheels were locked and front were not. Due to electronic failure the vehicle would not engage tow mode. Roadside confirmed that tow company would have special equipment to properly tow as Tesla states you cannot drag the car. Tow company and local dealership service manager both said the only way was to drag onto the flatbed. Tow company had to “shake” the car off at the dealership. Google it. Kind of a violent way to remove from flatbed. Service manager, roadside supervisor both acknowledged this was done as I shared the videos. I am concerned about the longevity of my vehicle with the breakdown and tow. Service had it for a week. No explanation on what happened even though the service manager promised to share. My only contact was a message in the app saying it was ready for remote pickup. Service tells me to call roadside, but roadside tells me to call service. Obvious stonewall tactic as they do not take responsibility for anything. This was at Tesla Pittsburgh-Presto in Bridgeville, PA. I understand that a Model Y is a good vehicle. However, you are taking a risk if you use this location. Worst customer service experience that I have encountered. I will be happy to share videos as a warning."
