I had an issue about the other location and spoke with Heather on the phone at cranberry store and she was very helpful with me on how to resolve the issue! "Crumbl Cookies is a chain business that sells cookies and ice creams. The menu has at most six flavors of each, and it rotates on a weekly basis. During my visit, unfortunately three flavors of ice creams were sold out. I ordered four cookies for a total of about $15. I used a touchscreen to place my order. Several minutes later, an employee handed my box of cookies to me. The employees worked hard to bake the cookies, and they said friendly greetings and thank you. The cookies were large and fresh. The milk chocolate chip cookie and the classic pink sugar cookie tasted good, and the raspberry doughnut cookie tasted great."

"If I could give them 6 stars I would. Best cookie I’ve ever had and I’ve had lots of cookies. They have a rotating menu and you can get singles, a box of 4 or a box of six. I got six. These are huge, fresh, hot cookies when you get them. They weigh near a 1/4 pound and are beyond delicious. They have ice cream pints also. Word of how good they are he’s around fast so sometimes there can be a wait, but it’s well worth it. Get there right when they open and you can’t go wrong. Got chocolate chip, buckeye, white Oreo and confetti. Don’t miss this stop!!"
