"Went to Pittsburgh location and paid for a set of stamps. Loader came back and told me quantity was wrong in the warehouse. Instead of crediting me for the mat they didn't have the cashier tells me he has to cancel the transaction and charge my card again. This is a 45 days later and still have not received my 1st transaction. Called and they say they refunded it finally had to file fraud with my bank. Not worth the hassle."

"Bon Tool is a very friendly company with quality products. Anytime I ever have a tool question I give them a a call or send an email. Unlike some places I know I’ll get a reply. Problems arise from time to time and they seem to get that. We’re all human after all! I wish everywhere had customer service like them!"

"Today one of the contractors I work with needed a 16' screed. I called the Bon 800 number to find a dealer in our area. Customer service ain't customer service like it was when I was growing up BUT this lady handled things the way I would. She ended up giving me about a dozen dealers' phone numbers in my area. We rode the 40 mins to Raleigh. Bought 2 instead of 1. And I didn't have to cook dinner cause I ate out at Fonda Lupita's in Sanford. I'll call this a good day. How a customer should leave you better than they came. Now that's how you make a sell. Good job! Hope all have the same experience."

"Not very impressed with this company. Ordered and paid $92 for a concrete groover. Received an email the next day saying I won't get my order till the end of the year. We're only in February now. Its a joke!"
