"It saddens me to leave this sort of review. The doctor and rest of the staff deserves a 5 star rating but I was absolutely shocked and appalled by their supervisor’s (Kristy) behavior today. I had a CA125 test done today; that’s a cancer antigen test. The results came back on my portal as “high.” Any normal person would react anxiously to seeing disheartening results like that. I am a single mother and all my child has. Of course results like that shook me to my core and triggered a fear I never thought I would be dealing with. I called the office to ask that they urgently show the doctor my results so we can figure out next steps. Kristy told me she was going to put me in “hold” while she looks for my results. Little did she know she didn’t mute herself. I heard her turn to whoever she was speaking to and ask if they received results for me, gave my name and then mockingly said, “she thinks she’s dying.” I was absolutely mortified, irate, and appalled. And to say this is a SUPERVISOR who should KNOW BETTER?! She is the exact reason why patients are afraid to speak up about their fears and concerns out of fear of being mocked. As soon as she got back on the line I made it quite clear she wasn’t muted and I was deeply disturbed by her apathetic, unprofessional comment; that it doesn’t matter if she’s muted or not, that is NOT how you talk about patients. She’s not sorry she said it, she’s sorry she got caught. I intend on going above her head tomorrow. Behavior like that should be reprimanded. I’m still in shock that someone could be so heartless."

"The staff there are wonderful, they always try to make you feel welcome and meet your needs as far as appointments, tests just everything. Dr. Verrecchio is wonderful, I just love him dearly, he always takes his time with you, he always has a smile, and is such a caring person."

"I've been struggling to find a practice who took my symptoms serious, after trying multiple things with no luck I started searching for another Digestive doctor. When I arrived I was timid bc the receptionist wasn't the most friendly. The intake nurse was amazing, she had a very positive attitude and made me feel comfortable! I saw Janelle Talbott for my appointment. I can't say enough good things about her she listened throughly and we came up with a plan. She wanted me to try a medication and even offered samples until we determine if the medicine is right for me. I'm so glad I found this practice. The 45 min drive was well worth it!"

"Dr. Tariq is got a great bedside manor, he answers all my questions, he is very thorough, he also shows me and makes me understand my concerns on how things work. He makes you feel comfortable, he can help you come to an agreement with what is recommended. He is the best."
