"First appointment - they rescheduled. Told them I had arranged child care and paid ahead out of pocket. I was not allowed to pick reschedule date. Second appointment - I tore the ligaments in my foot when leaving hole for my appointment, stepped in a hole. By the time I got to their clinic, 20 minutes early, I couldn't walk on the foot. I left messages asking if someone could help me walk in. I called a few more times, and they simply ignored me. I continued to try to contact them for two weeks, until someone finally answered me. I was then accused of lying and told to submit proof, so I did. I submitted my ER paperwork, my gps history from both Google maps and life 360, screenshots from my call logs showing I had contacted them many times, and photos of my swollen VERY foot - all from that day. I was also told that if I'm experiencing an emergency, to go to the er. (I did?) If I had an appointment at a primary clinc, why not go there? A primary care clinic is more than cable of dealing with torn ligaments. I probably shouldn't have driven with my right foot injured, but I didn't want to lose my money or waste their time. They lady who I was speaking with apologized, and rescheduled me. I find it odd that they reschedule even first appointments that are prepaid and have child care arranged for, but they won't allow me to reschedule without an act of congress and a fee, even though I showed up early and just needed help in.... Third appointment - first time seeing anyone. It went pretty good. The patient assistant was pretty awkward, in a rude way. She was pretty young and condescending, nothing too awful. Didn't hear back about my labs for 3 weeks. I contracted strep from my kids, and needed a medication refill. The patient assistant told me I would have to pay for 3 different appointments (weight loss, medical sick and medical refill) and they would all have to be on different days... Lol... I have never heard of anything like this, so I asked to speak to a manager. She was very nice and told me that it could all be done in one appointment and it would only be 2 appointment fees. I told her I would try to find someone to see in aftercare and thanked her for clearing up the confusion. I called back to let them know I was going to AFC. They once again didn't answer or return my call, so I figured everything was OK. Fourth appointment - When I got to my weight loss appointment for the month, they wanted me to pay for two missed appointments - for the strep and medication refill that I had already informed them was taken of at AFC. I agreed to pay one fee so that I could get my weight loss meds. Once again, the patient assistant was very condescending. I make it a point to be very polite, so I don't know why she acted this way, so I brushed it off. The provider was very responsive, kind, and down to earth. At this appointment, I received their compounded semaglutide. It made me very sick, and I didn't know if this extent was normal. I left a voicemail asking to speak to someone about the side effects. They didn't call before it was time for the next dose (a week later), so I left another voicemail. Once again, they did not return my call. This negligence is where I draw the line. You give me a compounded medicine from your clinic and simply chose to ignore me when I need assistance with the side effects? I paid out of pocket for medical care, and medicine - not just medicine, but I'm not worth a returned phone call when the medicine makes me sick? A few days before my 5th appointment, the patient assistant called at 8 am. I was up late with my teething baby, so my husband forwarded the call. She called again. Then a third time. I asked her to stop and she told me off. I had a feeling that being forwarded made her angry and react by calling until she was answered. I found a new dr and get sema from pharmacy now. The new sema feels much different. I'm not sick. I actually have less appetite. The difference in last weeks dose from this clinic and this week's dose from the pharm is night and day."
"Staff was so polite and helpful! Ms.Paula was a blessing to me. I went for weight loss but liked them so much I transferred my primary care there from a place I’d been using for over 20 years. The only issue I’ve had was phone contact but it was when they first moved to new office and were having issues. Waiting time wasn’t long and the ladies who do the bloodwork were so great! I’d recommend them to anyone! Thanks for the best service!"
"They lie and say you cancel appointments when they call and change them due to over scheduling or someone being sick! Then they give you a wrong date and when you show for the appointment they tell you it was a week ago. Then go to make another and you have to pay a $50.00 fee!! Then when you ask why they tell you they will not tolerate you yelling at them when you didn’t raise your voice and then hang up on you!! I’m not sure what happened to this place in the 2 years I lived in another state but they use to be great but have drastically gone down hill!"
