"Hippo Roofing LLC of Central Florida installed new metal roof for which a roofer fell from the very top of my roof. Hippo never informed me that there crewmember damaged my fabral metal roof. Called fabral Georgia plant only to find out that they had sold out the southern region manufacturing plant. So I called fabral Lancaster plant and they are now telling me they are not shipping for taking new orders. The problem I'm having is I am not a new customer. My account with hippo Roofing is 2 years old. They are just getting around to addressing the the damage that their crew did at the time of installation. I am now left with a damaged roof and now hippo Roofing wants to put another product on my roof and the color cannot be matched because fabral is refusing to send 3 panels. Do not buy any products from fabral. They do not honor their customers that have purchased painted metal roofing material from them."
