"We couldn't be happier with R&B Roofing & Remodeling! After searching for 3 weeks to try to get any contractor to return our calls, we happened to run into Brian from R&B Roofing on the street preparing to do another roof a few houses down. We asked him if he had time to come look at our job and give us a quote. He took the time to evaluate our needs, sent over a drone to measure and showed us exactly what was going on with our leaking roof. The quote we received was thorough and fair! We did not feel like we were being upsold or taken advantage of. Jim Kelly took the time to go through the quote with us and explain what all the materials advantages were, and if we truly needed them in our property, some we upgrades we opted for (new gutters) others we passed on. The day our the roof was replaced the R&B crew showed up on time and James the project manager kept us in the loop with updates and drone footage throughout the day. The gutters did not arrive until later in the day, but the crew stayed until 8pm on July 3rd and completed the entire job as promised in one day! They were clean, professional and delivered as promised! We highly recommend R&B Roofing and Remodeling. "Never having worked with a roofing contactor before I have to say that I could not have had a more transparent & honest team than R & B. Jim K. Was more consultative in his approach educating and informing rather than "selling" me. He was experienced & able to answer all of my questions. The quote price was very fair and I felt no pressure to sign the contract nor was I rushed. This gave me ample time to make a decision. Jim also carefully explained the shingle manufacturer's warranty as well as R & B's. Rachel, the office manager, was so helpful with color selection. When I narrowed it down to 2 choices - I wanted to see others just to be sure and she had the shingle boards brought to me by James who was to be my project manager. It was a great opportunity to meet him. When the day arrived, James, Carlos & his work crew arrived a little early - ready to go. I took off part of the day and had a great learning experience watching the entire process. The installation team worked so hard in the hot sun, focused completely on their work. At the end of the day I was confident in the decision I made with R & B. I had one final work session today to hook up a new power vent and rework one downspout that was installed correctly and was fully functional but I wanted it to look differently. Without hesitation, Jim, James & Carlos collaborated and came up with a solution that I was very pleased with.
