As a general contractor, we specialize in creating custom-made, reinforced precast walls that are designed to provide a storm-ready, drier, and more comfortable living space. Our walls are embedded with reinforced steel rods, R15/R30 insulation, and 5000 psi reinforced fiber watertight concrete. We offer wall heights including 3' and 5' frost walls, as well as 8'6", 9', and 10' highly insulated walls.
At our facility, we can manufacture entire main structures of a home using our advanced specialty precast systems, which include precast wall panels and prestressed foam core planks for flooring and roofing. Remarkably, these structures can typically be installed in just one day, allowing you to see your entire project come to life swiftly and efficiently.
Our pre-stressed foam core decking is an innovative building product made of 4' wide planks composed of concrete and 8" thick foam. These planks are custom-manufactured for your specific project and can be utilized as flooring in houses and garages, as well as for roofing.
Additionally, we offer concrete lagging panels that are crafted according to engineered specifications. These panels, which are 2' wide and vary in length and thickness, slide down between "H" beams to meet your project's exact needs.
