"Terrible for patient privacy and safety. I filled out forms online before arriving, yet they still had me fill out paper forms, AND asked personal information OUT LOUD within earshot of other patients. I use mobility aids and the staff acted like it was an inconvenience - even after dilating my eyes! I couldn't even finish the appointment - after waiting an hour and I still wasn't seen, I was late to another appointment and just had to leave. I paid a copay, but I don't know if they're going to bill me or what's going to happen. The triage room was filthy. There was a constant stream of patients - way too many booked at one time. I feel like I could go on, but is it necessary? Now I have to start all over and find another eye doctor because there's no way I can handle the inconvenient wait times and poor patient care."

"My husband and I had an appointment Saturday morning, 8 and 8:15. Nobody was there! The office lights were off and doors were locked. We left at 8:10 and still nobody was there. I should be able to charge a $35.00 fee for them not showing up. Now we will be looking for a new optometrist. Horrible"

"I don't recommend this clinic. They overbooked so many patients today that I waited nearly an hour and when I asked them when about the delay, they said they didn't even know how long I'd have to wait still. The receptionist got really rude and said I should be grateful to even be seeing the doctor. I do not reccomend this clinic in the slightest, they are unpunctual, unprofessional, and unaccomadating."

"Dr Rumpf is excellent. I sensed his experience and knowledge throughout my exam. He will do my cataract surgery. Could not be in better hands. It was a busy day for sure at the practice, and yet all staff were kind and receptive. Will refer to everyone! Elizabeth Mulligan"

"My husband had his yearly appointment because of his diabetes with Dr. Rump well unbeknownst to us they now have optometrists and ophthalmologists so if you need checked for a new eye glasses prescription you would have to make another appointment, because the ophthalmologist doesn’t do this anymore…I was really floored, to me this makes no sense…And if they changed their policy then they should have notified the patients….This office never answers their phones, they never call to remind you of your appointment but God forbid if you forgot your appointment you will be charged…My husband has been going to this practice for years so as of today he said he’s is through. I personally would not recommend them."
