"I've been sitting here waiting at my center for 15 min and have watched the screener turn away 4 people already. There are 8 of us sitting here and she is at her computer not taking anyone for 3 minutes now. Everyone's getting antsy. One girl was turned away bc she was due for her annual and they are short staffed, two because the BP machine didn't read properly and one that wanted to start donating cause they were short staffed. I get being short staffed but this is not a good experience. This is beyond frustrating."

"Quite a few issues with this place. 1st issue I had was their systems were down but the doors were unlocked they waited for people to walk in to tell them they're closed. Issue 2, one employee started preparing the machine for my donation but stopped and started talking to another employee about personal issues for 20 minutes Issue 3 went to do my 2nd donation for the week but they said my bp was 2 points too high so I would have to sit for 15 minutes inside , a counter that was soaked with whatever they cleaned it with so my arm had to be elevated and unsupported wonder why it was a little high. As slow as they are the 15 minutes would've been more like a hour there was only 1 person doing the check ins and 4 people already waiting.Csl has better donation compensation and actually rewards return donors."

"I’ve been donating at Grifols Biomat for several months now. The staff are friendly, quick, and efficient. I use the app to check in and that makes it even quicker. The first donation takes 2-3 hours but every subsequent donation has take less than an hour for me. I’m around 30 donations in and I have been able to use the extra money to build our emergency fund and have money for those extras. This helps people in need as well so it’s a win win. Highly recommend! Edit to add: I’m seriously confused by all the negative reviews. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I understand being angry about being deferred but that’s for safety reasons and they cannot continue with donation outside of their safety protocols. That would be dangerous. I’ve donated now 30 times. I’ve only seen kind, professional, efficient donations around me. I’ve also always been promptly paid including a referral bonus when I referred a neighbor. This is a really great place to donate and if you are healthy and follow their suggestions for preparation such as water intake, sleep, and low fat balanced meals you are more likely to have a positive experience and potential for passing the pre check health screening. Definitely give this a try!"

"The staff here is very pleasant. I love most of the people working here. The problem is upper management. I go on Friday and Sunday as these are my days off. Today I was informed that on Thursday that they decided to shut down every Sunday also the cut back on how late they are open. I know they don't care but that screws me out of the second visit which is $75.00. Also I'm not sure if I will be able to go a second time as I don't get off in time to go after work and I have to be in at 6 am so I can't go before work. They say it was because of money saving that they cut back the hours. So how are you going to make money if you are not open during the times your donors are available?"

"Staff are rude, refuse to answer questions, or provide adequate assistance. I was made to feel like an inconvenience because I had not completed the screening prior to arrival. Upon arrival, I asked if there was another team or person available in the back to stick me. He responded “I’m up here, I’m not in the back.” I reminded him that the last time, he told me that he feels uncomfortable and does not want to stick me. [I was the only black body in the building]. For about 30 mins he spoke with the only other staff, his lead, then returned and stated sorry, neither of them feel comfortable. I can try again after I rehydrate and better prepare. After driving to Fairless hills from Philadelphia for the second time, I was told by the same short depressed looking man that I am unable to ever return because I was deferred for unsuitable veins, which I was never told. I was told I can never come back because I was deterred by two staff when the man was the only one who ever looked at my arms. When I told that to the manager, she stated “she had to because the note is there.” I will NEVER go back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Customer service is BAD! Worse experience ever!"
