"Setup my reservation online. It was fast and easy. Dropped off my vehicle. Shuttle was there ready for us. Driver loaded all our bags for us into the shuttle. Dropped my group off right outside the gate we needed. Unloaded our bags. When we got back I called the number on my ticket gave them my ticket number and they were there in about 10mins. The loaded our bags and took us back to the lot. My vehicle was in ready for us when the shuttle got us to the parking. Air conditioner running to cool my vehicle for us. Which was great as it was 90 out that day. Thank you for making our experience easy and well worth the price."

"Have parked here multiple times over the years. Usually been a good experience, however it just doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be. Came back from a trip, and my car has a large gouge/scratch and paint chip in the top of the hood, to the point where it even creased/dented the hood a little bit. No idea how it could have got there in the process of them parking, but either they hit something, or something fell on it. Know for a 100% fact it wasn't there prior to parking. Unfortunately I never thought to walk around the car when I picked it up, they had it pulled out and facing the road so never walked past the front. But it was large enough that it jumped out at me as soon as I got home. I called, was transferred to the voicemail of the manager, and of course never heard back like SO MANY reviews mention. Not as saddened by the scratch, but more by the fact that they never returned the call or acknowledged the issue. Seems quite unprofessional to me. At the least could refund the parking cost. Shuttle wreaked of cigarette smoke, possibly because the driver just hopped in from break? A/C wasn't working on the return shuttle, and seems like the last several times we've had to wait FOREVER for the shuttle to arrive to pick us up. My seat was so far forward and raised up that I was alarmed to the point of wondering if a kid parked my car? Possibly has something to do with the large scratch? Could have just been a small adult, just have to wonder. All in all, I think I will consider parking elsewhere from here forward."

"had been several years since we used Charlie Brown''s parking services, and it is still GREAT. All staff very kind and patient with us, as we are retired elderly. We were promptly delivered to airport, and upon our arrival back, we were picked up at designated door #8. we did not arrive until 2am, with many other travelers also, they quickly made 2 trips with their shuttle buses to accommodate all of us and our belongings. Would recommend this shuttle service to any travelers, they promptly answer your call for pickup from the airport and our car was waiting for us when we arrived back to the Charlie Brown location! Their staff work really hard and fast, and they handle some extremely large suitcases! WOW, we are still Impressed. Thank You for your service!"

"I have been a long time customer of Charlie Brown's Airport Parking. Been going on 8 years now. I have always had the best possible experience. From the time I check in and hand over my keys, I am greeted with a smile and familiar faces. Jeff, Jesse and Dwayne are the best drivers ever! They have gone out of their way for me on more than one occasion and it is wonderful to see a happy face when I come home from a business trip. I would also recommend parking here is you are a regular traveler for the rewards program as well. Charlie Brown's is wonderful!"
