"Lumber was ok since I knew this was going to be bottom quality, The thing that struck me during my first (and last) visit was the poor attitide and poor customer service from the gentleman behind the computer. He seem bothered by my visit (I was the only one there). After the transaction and payment, he told me to "go around the back." Since the entire store in manned by 3 or maybe 4 people, I spent some time driving around the lumberyard until I saw someone who helped me...this customer service is unacceptable. I am sure management knows about this problem, since there are so few employees and this person said he has worked there for some time. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I will not be coming back."

"Very friendly staff who will get you what you need fast. They offer delivery which in most cases is the next day. It’s very convenient when ordering long items, or large quantities."

Delivery driver placed product as close to where we wanted it but was unwilling to drive the forklift farther than absolutely necessary to avoid damage to the lawn after recent very heavy downpour. Would definitely buy product from them in the future if we need more."
