"Bought charcoal today- when I went to use it......nothing. Even used charcoal lighter fluid- nothing. When I called, they said nothing they can do......soooo never buying charcoal there again. Customer service, sucks.....deserved negative stars."
"I went there a few days ago and bought two ice cube trays. The first time I used one, when I went to take ice cubes out it broke in half. I was removing ice cubes the normal way. I had receipt and took icecube tray back to store only a few days later and they wouldn't give me my money back or replace it. I've never seen anything like this. Most stores take returns. 6/9/24 Inferior products. Now today used 2nd ice cube tray and when opened split into about 5 pieces. And yet I can't return."
"Nice store with a good layout. Good deals, lots of selection. Deirdra at the front was unpleasant. She kept answering people with snide remarks when a simple "yes" or "no" would suffice. Witnessed the way she talked to three different older ladies, including my mother, and was highly disappointed. Hopefully in time DG will find quality personnel to go with their quality products."
