I spoke to a man, I can’t remember his name but I gave my name, address and phone number and was told I would get a call soon from someone else that would come and try to assist me. I never received a call back at all. I don’t like that I gave him my information and that was it. If there was no one available I should have been told that."
"I got 2 keys, one plain and one with a butterfly design. The regular key works as should but the butterfly, while it still opens the door ends up turning the whole knob with it rather than just the keyhole. So works but more annoying."
