"Thought I could use the city bus to get to job interviews. Lost three job opportunities because the buses were over an hour late. You need to audit your staff BADLY."
"I don't personally use the service but I work at a barber shop where one of our customers uses the Dart service for transportation here. He's in a wheelchair and he waited patiently for 2 hours today to be picked up which was perfectly fine, what isn't fine is when he called dispatch just to check to make sure they didn't forget him and since he's hard of hearing his phone was on speaker. Everyone in our barber shop heard the woman on dispatch talk to the man like absolute garbage. She was utterly rude and he did nothing to deserve that. I am appalled."
"I'm a long time Beaver resident and retired over 30 years ago. Since I have no transportation, and my two daughters are working, it has been a challenge to find transportation for doctor visits. I rely quite often to the Beaver County DART service. They always accommodate my frequent requests for transportation to doctor offices! Since the duration of doctor services are sometimes difficult to predict, they always adjust their schedule to eliminate long waiting times for return trips! I highly recommend their services!!"
"Overall an average transit system with decent restrooms but not everything working up to par. Signs are up for COVID-19 and regular operations are still available. Nice to know that we can still get around and travel to Pittburgh and back! Pics4yinz ~ Roscoe"
"The blatant disrespect of signs-- no smoking signs and smoking anyway I have had it!!! I am going to start searching for names people will be getting Sued! I missed my bus due to the fact of the smoking in the areas where it specifically says no smoking the bus driver had the door closed so I sat and waited until she opened it in the past close doors meant you could not get on open doors welcome passengers she saw us and still pulled off anyway"
