"NO STARS---it should have a negative option, due to my awful experience at this location. AVOID!!! The purpose of this communication, is to express my sincere displeasure with an experience I had today in my local Yankee Candle store. Prior to sharing this awful encounter with your store manager today, let me preface this by saying, I have been an avid Yankee Candle shopper for the past 30 years, stopping at Flagstaff stores in Williamsburg and Boston, as well as purchasing accessories, burners, melts, and home fragrances at many of our local stores (Ross Park Mall, The Mall at Robinson, Grove City, and even at many local gift stores). In addition to purchasing for myself, my family, and friends, I have often utilized Yankee as gifts for my colleagues, business associates, and fellow professors. However, after today....I will NO LONGER be purchasing anything pertaining to this brand or associated candles. Not only was I rudely greeted, but I was yelled at by an associate at this store today. As a friendly, outgoing customer, I expect the same from managers and sales staff when entering a store and posing inquiries. Rather the manager, at this store (a tall women, with short dark hair), took items from my hand, rudely rushed me in my search, refused to answer questions, and appeared quite upset with her current role. Normally, leading into the holidays, I would have spent over $250 (as in past visits), but today, I left without buying anything! I will not return to this location, nor will I recommend this locality or any products to others, as again, I have done in the past. I REFUSE to be treated so inappropriately. Gladly, I will take my business to Harry Slakin on QVC, Swan Creek, or other options. This manager has no decorum or courtesy. She truly has no place in the public arena. I would greatly appreciate a response to this contact, simply to let me know that this message was indeed received. Thank you."

"All the staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable about the deals and specials available, especially with how they relate to coupons. Better yet, they can explain it clearly! The staff are also really personable and it's clear they care about making your day great."
