"I have been seeing Dr. Fee since I was in grade school. I initially saw her for my braces and palatal expander. The treatment went according to plan and my teeth were aligned perfectly with no problems! I remember I was playing hockey at the time and I had springs attached to my braces. Well, due to the nature of the sport, these would bend or dislocate sometimes. However, the office was always more than accommodating to fit me in the schedule for a quick repair. Fast forward to this year, over the years, I had a minor relapse on the alignment of some of my teeth. Dr. Fee decided to do invisalign treatment to correct these minor issues and, again, everything turned out perfectly. Dr. Fee is the best! "Dr Fee is incompetent my daughter has had braces for NINE years and she still doesn’t know when her braces are coming off. Dr Fee has sent my daughter in for numerous surgeries and nothing has worked. My daughter has a deformed left jar and now she wants 10,000 dollars to fix my daughters jar. When I told Dr.Fee I don’t have 10,000 dollars she offered me a two month payment plan. My daughter has become depressed over this and is seeing a psychiatrist and therapist. When I talked to Dr. Bookwater he said he would make me an appoint with the University of Medical Dental school and we would see the Head of the Department. Well that was another lie from them this never happened he never set that appointment up. Stay away from this place they are a bunch of liars and butchers they have left my daughter disfigured and they couldn’t care less."
