Shades of Bronze Tanning Salon

"I recently visited shades of bronze tanning salon, and unfortunately, my experience left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. The salon had a February tanning special, 14 tans for $14. I was not informed about how often I could tan and if it was only for one bed. I was not able to use all of my tans due to the hours of operation at the salon, and since the bed I was in was every other day. This meant that I was unable to fully utilize all the sessions I had already paid for, which seemed like a waste of both my time and money. What bothered me most was the inflexibility of the staff when I tried to address this issue. I explained my concerns and asked if there could be any exception made, but I was met with a dismissive attitude and a refusal to accommodate my request. This lack of understanding and refusal to consider the customer's situation is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for their patrons. Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the salon left much to be desired. The employees seemed disinterested in providing quality service, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, I was told that I was taking advantage of the sale. Given these negative experiences, I strongly advise against choosing this tanning salon. The policy of restricting the usage of purchased sessions within a month and the inflexible attitude displayed by the staff create an unsatisfactory customer experience. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer more flexible policies."
