"Wow! Just WOW! I had a dental implant (placed by another dentist) fail & become severely infected. After 4 more rounds if antibiotics, my dentist said it was far too complex for his office. I called multiple oral surgeons for an appointment and even with the emergent issue nobody wanted to touch it for weeks. I found Superior on Google and called. Maya at the reception listen carefully to me & arranged for me to be seen immediately! Arriving at the office it was so welcoming! There entire staff smiled/spoke sincerely with each patient there. Crystal, who was clearly a staff rock star, then got me situated & prepared Dr. Pasternack. The Doc was amazing! Told me straight up it was serious & we would have to manage the infection before we could begin fixing root issue. When in pain and frustrated, No patient wants to hear "sorry we've gotta wait" or "can't fix it today" BUT when Dr. P carefully educated me on the reasons why and that there was indeed a plan. I left feeling optimistic and cared for....serious compassion from all at Superior!"
