"Last day of service was 6/30 and i've been waiting for my refund/overpayment check ever since. I've had to waste time calling this company many, many times with no clear answer. I'm sure that if I still owed you an outstanding bill you would have turned me into collections by now. It's as if i'm dealing with a bad friend that owes me a little money vs. an actual business. So glad to not deal with you anymore, please give me my refund."

"I called Peoples Gas this morning at 9:00 thinking that I had a possible gas leak. By 9:30 one of their techs, Landon, arrived. He thoroughly checked my yard and both neighbors yards for a leak. He found none, which was great, but gave me a good explanation as to why I thought I could have a leak. He said, never be afraid to call and have us come out and check."

"People's called me with an automated message at 5:07pm on a Friday to tell me they were shutting off my gas in 48 hrs because they needed to do an inspection. Apparently, I can call them back between Mon - Fri 8:00am-5:00pm to setup a time... Why are they calling me at 5:07pm then? Also this was a first notice, I used electronic communication and have never received an email or phone call prior to this warning."

"Scheduled service and they said they'd call when they were 20-30 mins away. They called and I dropped everything at work to rush home. We even called customer service to let them know we were on our way and they assured us it would be fine. Got home and they had left without calling. Time stamp according to customer service was wrong based on my cameras of when they were there. Customer service also would not help me reschedule for that day. I am 8.5 months pregnant and haven't had gas in my house for multiple days now. No sympathy from them. Horrible experience."
