We were transfer patients from out of state and she made sure to explain her treatment plan, and make sure we were comfortable with the course of action, since it slightly differed from our previous orthodontist. We were always seen on time (never waited past our appointment time once in the year and a half we were patients), and the office is impeccably clean. All of her employees are professional and courteous, making patients feel comfortable.
