"Dr Chris Thompson was outstanding in doing my root canal. Explained every step in the procedure And x ray showed excellent work. My dentist was very impressed with the job he had done. The root canal was quite pain free and a fairly comfortable experience. Will definitely ask for Dr Thompson if I ever need another one. I will recommend him to my friends."
"After I was referred for a root canal, I got an appointment with the office, and they never mentioned any consultation fee. When I was prompted to pay $139 for the consultation, I said this was never mentioned to me upfront (even after we called the office to make sure of this beforehand). Even though I didn't deny payment, the amount for the consultation was still a surprise. Upon hearing this, Dr. Romero was rude and said, "If you don't want to pay, you can leave and never come back to this place. I know where you came from. If you don't pay, I have a right to throw you out. " Extremely rude doctor!!! Later, the girl in the office said I don't have to pay, and I am good to go and that she will send me an email stating that I don't owe any amount to pay this office. Still waiting for this confirmation email..."
"Very unprofessional staff, they ignore you, make you wait in the lobby and front desk girls eye-roll, whisper and back bite on patients. Drs. attitude is always "do this my way or don't do it" and "I know better". They kicked my elderly parent out of the office because they were charging us a "SURPRISE FEE" of $140 for consultation that was never mentioned to us when making the appointment. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. RUDE STAFF AND PHYSICIANS! DO NOT HAVE BEDSIDE MANNER. Please do better!"
"I had a really good experience. I had been to both locations and the staff was great. I was really nervous but Dr Thompson was awesome. He spent a lot of time with me and really explained everything. I even had to reach out after the procedure for issues I was having and everyone was awesome. I highly recommend this place!!"
"The only reason I'm giving them a 3-Star review is because of the lack of communication from them regarding my insurance coverage. When I made my appointment, I asked about my insurance coverage and the lady on the phone told me to upload a copy of my insurance card when I completed my online registration. I did that, but I did not hear anything back from her or from the office. On the day of the appointment, I asked the two lady's behind the desk about my insurance coverage, and one of them said that they were able to access my account but she did not reveal anything else. Parenthetically, it seemed that I was interrupting a social conversation and the two seemed none-too-pleased about it. The endodontist that I was seen by was Dr. James Flynn. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dr. Flynn told me that there was nothing that he could do, and that even if he did the retreatment of my root canal, it would be frustrating for me because it would not last long and that I would ultimately have to have the tooth pulled and get an implant. After the exam, the dental assistant ushered me out to the front of the office area to give me the x-ray that she made of my problem tooth area. There was a chair by the two lady's at the front, and the dental assistant told me to sit down there. I assumed that she wanted me to sit there while she retrieved the x-ray from the printer, and I told her that I preferred to stand. The next thing I know is that another lady came out of a side office and ushered me into her office. I was quite confused because she matter-of-factly told me that I owed them $139!! This was the first I was hearing about a so-called consultation fee that my insurance did not cover and that I had to pay before leaving. Unbelievable. Really. I went around-and-around with her about the lack of communication on my insurance coverage, to no avail. I handed over my credit card and I have been sore about it since... IF it hadn't been for the debacle with the lack of communication regarding my insurance coverage, I would have given this practice a 5-Star Review based on my interaction with Dr. Flynn."
