"Dr. Alger explained 3 options for the work I was having done, from the oldest techniques to most recent techniques. He was through and patient. During the procedure he and his assistant were checking on me and making sure I was not feeling any of the process, and when I did he paused and added more of his numbing agent. His staff was equally patient and efficient. I have never waited long in the waiting room or was kept longer than the estimated time for a procedure.
